The cleanliness of our properties is, and always has been, one of our very top priorities and something we strive for and have been proud of since the company was a mere twinkle in our founder’s eye!
Saying that, even though we ensure that everything at your apartment is in perfect condition upon your arrival and that towels and bed-linen are changed weekly when staying for longer than 7 nights, there may be occasion – particularly during extended stays – when you may find yourselves requiring additional towels, a change of bed linen or additional cleaning… you might even like to arrange the reassurance of daily maid service so that your surroundings remain in tip-top shape for you and your fellow guests throughout your time in Venice.
Whatever extras you need, we’ve got your comfort and apartment cleanliness covered (note that we accept requests the day before or earlier for fresh towels and for our cleaning team to change bed linen, while a little more notice is required, if possible, for arranging daily maid service).
